SourceBox lets you close all your browser tabs in one click without losing them: every tab is saved first, and shown back to you in your SourceBox inbox. This policy explains exactly what data that involves.
SourceBox does not read page content, browsing history,
bookmarks, keystrokes, or anything beyond the tabs you explicitly choose
to close. It requests only the tabs, storage,
and alarms browser permissions and access to its own
backend.
Solely to save your closed tabs and show them back to you in your inbox. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the product to you.
Tabs are saved locally in your browser first. When you’re signed in, they also sync to a hosted database (Supabase) under your account, isolated by row-level security so that only you can access your data. Sign-in emails are sent via an email provider (Resend). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Your saved tabs are kept so you can find them later. During the beta, to delete your account and all associated data, email the address below and we’ll remove it promptly.
